This project is covered by Land Use Contract No. 1 which was approved in 1971, however, con- struction did not proceed. . At the January 28th meeting of Council the strata title request was approved subject to a review of the proposal by the various committees involved and subject to the developer following our strata title procedure. I can veport that: 1. The applicant has paid the required application fee. 2. The application has been considered by the various City departments for building, fire and engineering requirements. 3. The Planning and Zoning Committee and the Building and Protection Committee have reviewed the plans and do not require any changes in proposal. The applicant has been informed that he will be required to deposit the sum of $300.00 per unit for off-site water services, $150.00 per unit for parks land acquisition and $10.00 per lot for the strata approval fee. In addition we require the sum of $1,802.26 to cover the increased costs of off-site works and services such as storm sewer connections, boulevard construction, lane construction etc. over and above the costs as originally estimated in 1971. A resolution of Council would now be in order authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk to sign the Strata Subdivision Plan.
