"B" of District Lot 463, Group One, New Westminster District and the
0.1888 hectare area of Parcel "A", District Lot 463, Group One, Plan
64295, New Westminster District as shown on Rights of Way Plans
prepared by Robert mM, Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated March Sth, 1982;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents for the Purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
