corporate and politic, with

Avenue, Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia.

(hereinafter cal! the "Cornoration")

OF THE FIRST PART,

ELKS CLUB OF PORT COQUITLAM
2552 McAllister Avenue
Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.

(hereinafter call the "Appiicant')

OF THE SECOND PART:

WHEREAS the Applicant is the owner in fee simple

of that certain parcel or tract of land and premises,

situate lying and being in the City of Port Coquititam,

Province of British Columbia, and more particularly known

and described as:

Lots 3 and 4, Block NE,
District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan
16910, New Westminster
District.

(hereinafter referred to as the "said lands");

AND WHEREAS the said lands are not of sufficient
area to permit the applicant to provide the off-street parking
