The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the purchase of the
undernoted properties:

Lot "A", District Lot 379, Group One, Plan LMP 2211, New Westninster District.

This property is located at 2428 Kingsway Avenue and is approximately 1756 ha
(4339 acre) in size. The property is presently zoned M-1 (General Industrial).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside "Tender
for 2428 Kingsway Avenue Property" and addressed to:

after this time will be retumed unopened as will all tenders inadvertently opened before the
closing time as a result of not being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as
required.

1. a) A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany each tender as 4
deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of 30
days,

b.) Upon a tender being accepted by the Council a further installment of $50,000.00 must
be paid to the City Clerk by certified cheque by the successful tenderer within five
days of receipt of notice of acceptance of the tender or the deposit will be forfeited.

c.) The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days
or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no later than 30 days
after the closing time specified above. Unless a tender specifies that in the event the tender
is unsuccessful the cheque is to be held for personal pickup from the City Hall ordinary
mail will be used for return.

Any Goods and Services Tax payable and ali Property Purchase Taxes, Land Title Office
and conveyancing costs will be the responsiblility of the purchaser and will be additional to
any amount tendered.

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the City.
