From the City Clerk, February 24th, 1982 regarding aerial spraying

of blueberry crops.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That approval be hereby given to Crop Care Aviation Limited to

operate aircraft below elevated regulations in the City of Port Coquitiam

during the three months of March, April, May, 1982 for the purpose of
applying Triforine (Funginex) to blueberry crops for the control of

mummy berry.

Alderman Muldoon voted against the resolution.

From the City Clerk, February 25th, 1982 regarding a Zoning Bylaw

Text Amendment.

Moved by Alderman Wright:

Seconded by Alderman Mabbett:

That the City Clerk, in consultation with the Solicitor be directed

to prepare a bylaw amending the text of the City's Zoning Bylaw in order

that the use of Amusement Arcades might be restricted to the C-3 Zone.

price list, including souvenir items.

That the Document Price List dated March lst, 1982 wherein the
price of various civic documents and other civic items are set out be
and the same is hereby approved, effective March 2nd, 1982.

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman Muldoon referred to the derailing of C.P. Rail cars and

advised she has arranged a tour of the C.P. Rail Yard and will notify

Council of the date and time.

Alderman Muldoon referred to the Agenda deadline time and asked

that this be investigated.

Alderman Mabbett referred to a resolution regarding the five point

program on waste disposal outlined by the Greater Vancouver Regional

District and Mayor Traboulay accepted this Notice of Motion.
