Moved by Alderman Vater: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That approval be hereby given to Crop Care Aviation Limited to operate aircraft below elevated regulations in the City of Port Coquitiam during the three months of March, April, May, 1982 for the purpose of applying Triforine (Funginex) to blueberry crops for the control of mummy berry. Alderman Muldoon voted against the resolution. From the City Clerk, February 25th, 1982 regarding a Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the City Clerk, in consultation with the Solicitor be directed to prepare a bylaw amending the text of the City's Zoning Bylaw in order that the use of Amusement Arcades might be restricted to the C-3 Zone.
