That the meeting rooms at the library be booked for meetings only.,

That the present rental policy for the Port Coquitlam Recreation
Centre and the Hydre Creek Centre be adopted for the library rooms

That the rental charge for one meeting room be:

A. Charges waived - free

B. Nominal charge - $5.50 per hour
C. Basic charge - $11.00 per hour
D. Commercial ~ $16.00 per hour

That the rental charge for tne large area (three rooms) be:

» Charges waived ~ free
« Nominal charge - $13.00
- Basic charge - $29.50 per hour

« Commercial - $44.50 per hour

the consultant for the proposed Reeve Street Soccer Field

That Willis, Cunliffe, Tait/Delcan be retained as ‘the consultant to
do the design work for the soccer field at Reeve Street Park.

That Will is, Cunliffe, Tait/Detcan be asked to review the merits of
a grid system and a parallel system of drainage.

That the cost for the design work not exceed $10,000.00.

concerning the consultant for the proposed Reeve Street Soccer Field,
be tabled for one week pending the appointment of one additional member
of Council to attend the Parks & Recreation Meeting to discuss this

at the City Administrator B.R. Kirk and Parks & Recreation
Director K.J. Taylor attend this meeting in an advisory Capacity.

Defeated.
