a private school to be developed on the property.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Official Community Plan Amendment.

Bylaw No. 2713

To authorize the Council to amend Land Use Contract No. 24 in order that the residential
units regulated by that Land Use Contract may be altered by: |

a. The addition of a one or two storey expansion, not exceeding 200 square feet in area
r floor, which is, in the opinion of the Director of Planning of the Municipality,

architecturally integrated to the original building;

The enclosure of the existing carport as a car garage in a form that, in the opinion of
the Director of Planning of the Municipality, is architecturally integrated to the
original building, and providing that enclosed carports can only be used’ for the
parking of vehicles owned by the occupants of the Strata Lot; oo
