BYLAW NO, 2854 NOV - 8 1993
Whereas pursuant to Section 98§ of the of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290, RSBC, 1979,

the Council established Statutory 2eserve Funds;

And Whereas it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside in the Reserve
Funds;

Now Therefore, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds Expenditure
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2854".

The sum hereinafter specified is hereby appropriated from the Tax Sale Lands Reserve
Fund to be expended for the following purposes:

Construction, Architects, Furniture and other

related cests associated with the building of
the Works Yard and No. | Firehall. $8,150,000.00

The details of the fund allocation of this Bylaw have been more particularly specified by
resolution of Council.

Should any of the above arnounts remain unexpended after the expenditures hereby authorized has
been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

Read a second tine by the Municipal Council this Jst day of November, 1993.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this lst day of November, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least two-thirds of all the
members of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day
