Normal leasing advantages:

- income tax, not applicable to us.
~ capital for purchase need not be available.

Disadvantages to leasing:

- 100% of lease payments are subject to provincial sales
tax, therefore we would pay sales tax on the equipment
and the interest.

- our annual budget would be increased to reflect the lease
payments ($44,889/year) which would be hard with the ~
restraints now present.
