Nak ginal February 4, 1991/024 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 4th, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, RH. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Talbot: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on January 28th, 1991 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. DELEGATION: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Peter Schamann of 559 Laurier Avenue who spoke in favor of burning garden refuse. BYLAWS: Moved by Alderman Gates: seconded by Alderman Wright: That the “Highway Facilities Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 1988, No. 2376, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2527" be reconsidered, finaliy passed and adopted. Carried. Alderman Wright introduced a Bylaw to Amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Bylaw No. 2564 be read a first time. Carried. | Aldermen Keryluk, Gordon and Thompson voted against the resolution. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Bylaw No. 2564 be read a second time. Carried. Aldermen Keryluk, Gordon and Thompson voted against the resolution.
