(j) Accessory off-street parking and accessory Loading. SITING OF USES All permitted uses, other than accessory off-street parking and accessory loading, shall be completely enclosed within a building. ACCESSORY RETAIL SALES Sales and display ereas for a retail sales use accessory to a wholesale warehouse use shall be located in the principal wholesale warehouse building and shall not exceed 202% of the gross floor area eccupled by the business carrying on the wholesale warehouse use. MINIMUM AREA ~ OFFICE USES Office uses permitted by Subsection (2)(g) shall occupy a minimum of 550 m@ (5,920 aq. ft.) of floor area for each agency or business. HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS The height of any principal building shall, not exceed 12 m (39.4 ft.). Accessory buildings shall not exceed 6 m (19.7 ft.) in height. FLOOR AREA RATIO The maximum permitted floor area ratio is 1.0, provided that where required off-street parking is located underground or within a structure, the maximum floor area ratio shall be increased by the proportion of the required parking so provided, multiplied by 0.6, to a maximum floor area ratio cf 1.6. LOT COVERAGE All buildings and structures together shall not occupy more than 50% of the surface of the lot. SI nF 7 ers
