NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corperation of the City
Coquitlam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land
Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

All that portion of Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 79133) Section 6, Township
40, New Westminster District Plan 19637.

This property is situated on the south side of Patricia Avenue
immediately west of Inverness Street and is 1.5 m wide by 43.248 m long
(64.87m¢ - 698 sq. ft.). In the event that the property is offered for sale
the lowest price which will be accepted is $2,898.00.

It will be a requirement of the sale that the property be consolidated
with the lot immediately south thereof being 3591 Inverness Street

If any person desires any further information regarding Council's
intention ta sell this property, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of it, please contact the undersigned on or before 12:00 o'clock
Noon on Thursday, January 5th, 1989.
