ADATION:

That Council direct the City Clerk to amend the Traffic Control Bylaw #1117 to include a "No
Parking Anytime" zone on the north side of Harbour Street from Pitt River Road to 50 metres

Attached is a memorandum from the Project Technician dated May 10, 1994 regarding a letter
from Shell Canada Products Ltd. dated March 22, 1994 requesting parking restrictions on
Harbour Road west of Pitt River Road.

In order to allow gas delivery tucks to have a safe access to and from Harbour Street it is
recommended that parking be restricted on the noxth side of Harbour from Pitt River to 50

metres west.
