SUBJECT: . Application to rezone 767 and 759 Prairie
Ave. from RS-2 to RS-1.

DESCRIPIION: Lot 744, NE 1/4, 6/40, Plan 58541,

BACKGROUND: This is another infill subdivision at the
easterly end of Prairic Ave. Ideally,
dot 744 should proceed with lot 1, the
adjacent property, However, the inclusion
of lot 1 at this time has been proven not
feasible. The developement of lot 744
singly has no £11 effect on lot 1 as road
access will be provided to make future
subdivision of Lot 1 feasible,

A total of 8 single family RS-1 lots will
be ereated 1£ the rezoning is approved.

RECOMMENDATION: ‘The Committce recommends that this appli-

cation be advanced to Public Hearing.
