Alderman Farnworth attend the G,V.R.D. Labour Relations Seminar
on February 5th and 6rh in his place.

That Alderman Farnworth attend the G.V.R.D. Labour Relation
Seminar on February 5th and 6th in place of Mayor Traboulay.

Mayor Traboulay mentioned a letter received from the District
of Coquitiam Mayor L. Sekora requesting the Council to Support
the extension of Skytrain services to Coquitlam.

Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the City Clerk notify the Minister of Municipal Affairs
The Honourable Rita Johnson: and Premier W. Vander Zalm that City
Council supports the extension of Skytrain services to Coquitlam;
but that while waiting for Skytrain and how to fund it the

cheapest and best alternative appears to be Commuter rail.
