A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 cf the Municipal Act was held
prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam
held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlan, B.C. on Monday, November 19th, 1990 at 7:30 p.n.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aidermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates,
J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, M.R. Wright and W.W. Stewart in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk
S. Rauh and Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised that the following proposed
Bylaw would now be considered:

Bylaw No. 2550

General Purpose of the Bylaw:
i. to repeal Section 1001(2)(b)(i) of the Bylaw and substitute the
following:
"(1) Warehousing and indoor storage”
2. to amend Section 1002(2)(b) of the Bylaw by adding, after clause (v),
the following as clause (vi):
"(vi) Warehousing and indoor storage”
3. to rezone
Lot 17 Except: Part subdivided by Plan 37387,
District Lot 231,
Group One,
Plan 11613
New Westminster District;
from M~1 (General Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive Development)

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed bylaw amendment.

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
