OF THE THIRD PART: NOTWITHSTANDING any of the provisions of Land Use Contract No. 18 which said Land Use Contract forms the Schedule to the "Land Use Contract No. 18 Authorization By-law, 1976, No. 1462" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam it is understood and agreed between the Parties hereto that: 1. The Parcel "E" (now known as Lot 315, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Westminster District) shown on Appendix I to Land Use Contract No. 18, shall be used only for parking for the McDonald's Restaurant located on Parcels "A", "B", "C" and “D" (now known as Lot 314, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Westminster District). 2, The siting details for Parcels "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E" shall be as shown on Appendix I of this document and not as on Appendix II of Land Use Contract No. 18.
