THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITIAM rf A ; BY-LAW NO. 1695 | t Uj \ 7.1979 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam pound YG, an a SEP 10 1979 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020". Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Clause (b) of Section 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020" is amended by striking out the word "six" and sukstituting therefor the word "four". 2. Section 7 of the By-law is amended by striking out the word "six" and substituting therefor the word "four". 3. Section 8 of the By-law is amended by striking out the word "six" and substituting therefor the word "four". 4. Section 10 of the By-law is repealed the following substituted: "10. Every application for licence shall be accompanied by a licence fee payable as follows: (1) During the peiiod January lst to September 30th, inclusive: (a). For each neutered male dog or spayed female dog a fee of $8.00. (b) For each unneutered male dog or unspayed female dog a fee of $20.00. For each kennel, which a person shall be considered to have if he possesces four or more dogs, in lieu cf the individual fees in parts (a) and (b) above, a fee of $60.00. During the period Cctober Ist to December 3lst, inclusive: (a) For each neutered male dog or spayed female dog a fee of $4.00.
