SCHEDULE

Following receipt ct authorization to procead Associated Engineering
would be able to complete the Maple Creek ‘nternal drainage study

within five weeks.

PERSONNEL

Associated Engineering fas an experienced team of professional
engineers and tecnnical specialists with extensive experience ‘4

dyking, flood control and storm water management. ine starf has been
selected for their rachnical expertise, knowledge of Jocal conditions,
and experience in similar projects successfully completed for the
Department of Public Works, the Ministry of Environment, and several
other Districts, Cities and Municipalities. The key members of the
project team and their role in the project +s cutlined below. Detailed

resumes follow.

Project Manager: K.R- Rudd, P.Enq.

Kerry Rudd will be responsible for the overall execution of the
project. He will serform the duties of the project manager and will

provide and coordinate the general engineering services.

Project Engineer: 5s Gunadasa, P.End.

Mr. Gunadasa will perform the duties of project engineer and wiil
assist in developing design criteria. Mr Gunadasa will provide
technical review services throughout the project.

Desian Engineer: J.H. Van der _Eerden, P.Eng.

John Van der Eerden will act as design engineer and will be responsiGie
For modelling the storm water system, determining the deficiencies in

the system and the pumping/storage requirements in Maple Creek.

FEES

Associated Engineering proposes so complete the services required
this assignment for a fixed fee of $7,875.00. This ree includes
labour, disbursements, computer charges, and the applicable Goods

Services Tax.
