1. The funds expended by the City in June 1972 to provide emergency pumping
for Cedar Ditch be reimbursed, |

2. Portable pumps of sufficient Capacity be provided to deal with a similiar
| ' gituation on Cedar Ditch as was experienced in the spring of 1972. These
: pumps could also be used to provide some on the spot relief to combat
. local flooding situations occurring each winter.

It is estimated that the cost to the senicr governments of requests
1 and 2 above would be $35,000. to $40,900.
