Development Variance Permit No. 2/92
for 3015 Cambridge Street

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 14th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 3015 Cambridge Street in the form appearing in the Agenda documents
of this Council meeting. |

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
February 24th, 1992 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit. Accordingly, at this time written
or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and a decision
reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
