Avenue was recently charged by the City and fined for doing exactly
the same thing? :

While I an not opposed to the liquor store as such, I wish
to raise my strong objection to the way certain promoters seem to
. be, able to manipulate and even flaunt city regulations with impunity
moe while others with less influence at City Hall are required to follow .
