Torchiight Parade.

That the City of Port Coquitlam approve the request for permission for the
Port Coquitlam Boy Scouts and Girl Guides to hold a torchlight parade on the
evening of February 17, 1991, between Reeve Park and Lions Park, subject to
the following:

1. That parents assume responsibility for traffic control.
2. That the parade use sidewalks where possible.

Raleigh Street - Rezoning Application No. 64/90.

rezoning from RT~1 to RS-2 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

1. Solution of the concerns expressed by the Engineering Department; and

b. Submission of the complete landscaping plans to the satisfaction of
the Parks and Recreation Department; and

Ce Solution of concerns expressed by ti.e Building Department.
