That His Worship, the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute
the attached discharge of the existing sanitary sewer statutory right-of-way
and the attached new sanitary sewer statutory right-of-way over Lot 13, DL232,
Group 1, NWD, Plan 79056 - 1278 Ricard Place.

Project - Coast Meridian to Sefton.

That Council approve an additional $6,947 for the installation of a storm
sewer on Patricia Avenue between Coast Meridian and Sefton.

| And That $6,947 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve
for this purpose.

From the Director of Planning, November 14, 1991 regarding Rezoning
Application No. 42/91 and Development Permit 45/91 for 1971 Suffolk Avenue.

" THAT this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 to
RBM-4 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

l. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning 3

26 Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

3. The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be done
at the time of Building Permit application; and

4, Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Director. ;

And That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
#45/91; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when
completed subject Co completion of Rezoning Application #42/91.
