BYLAW NO. 2402 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels cf land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbia which are more particularly deseribed as: Parts of Lota 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, lying south of Dewdney Trunk Road, Block 10, Pian 24163 and Lot 6, Block 10, Plan 2416; and Lot 4, Block 13, Plan 2416: and Parcel A, Plan 33093; all in Section 17, Block 6 North, Rawge One East, New Westmineter District are hereby rezoned from M~2 (Heavy Industrial) to C3 (Community Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2 This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2402”.
