ITEM NO. 1 Beer Gardens

Each year, during the ball season, we are re-
quested by the different teams to approve their
beer gardens. The following are the beer gardens
to be held in conjunction with the tournaments.

McLean Park

Fire Fighters Tournament May 23rd & 24th
Senior Womens Tournaineit June 6th & 7th

PoCo Bears Tournament July 4th & 5th

PoCo Senior Mens Tournament July llth & 12th
PoCo Transfer Tournament Sept. Sth, 6th & 7th

Thompsen Park

Fraser Valley Rec League June 21st

Recommendation

That these groups be permitted to hold their beer
gardens in conjunction with their tournaments.

It should be noted that we are still within our
limit of "Special Occasion Licences."

The last two years we have closed the Mabbett
