SUBJECT: Sale of City Propesty - Bury & Wilson
Resolution:

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes, nor are they
reserved or dedicated, now therefore be it resolved that:

All that portion of Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, New
Westminster District, shown on registered Plan 68311, included
within the heavy outline of subdivision plan certified by Robert
M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 22nd
day of December, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto, will
be sold to Buttjes Management Group for the sum of $2,976.00,
the price established by Council.

And that The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the
purpose of the aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

Background & Comments:

The foregoing resolution will allow the purchase/exchange of land between the City’s 55.3 m2
portion of land, and the Buttjes Group’s 55.3 m* portion of land and in addition $2,976.00.

The exchange of land wii] allow the development to provide access from Bury Sureet.
