a decision on the Seafarers’
International Union’s applica-
tion for re-affiliation to the
Congress,

Congress officials state it is
unlikely that there will be
any early developments. They
believe the decision for re-
affiliation will rest now with
the delegates attending the
next Congress convention
slated for April, 1966.
