The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British.
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

District Lot 480

‘Group One

Plan 62316

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RT~1 and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.» 1651" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

“Qe ‘This: Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, A979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1932".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth dey of
January, 1983.
