Commercial (CS-1) Zone.

That Council approve in principle the amendments to the CS~1 zone of “Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, No. 2240", and

That the Municipal Clerk be instructed to prepare an amending Bylaw for
introduction.

From the City Planner, January 29th, 1992 regarding Development Permit
54/91 -— 1831 Coast Meridian Road.

That the Planning Departmeit be authorized to draft Development Permit
54/91; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed
subject toa:

ae Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

b. Approval of landscape plans by the Parks and Recreation Department.

regarding Block Watch Survey - Port Coquitlam.
