Five Juveniles
Given Remand
In Burglaries

Five juveniles from the Sidney-
N- Saanich area appeared be-
fore Judge D. G, Ashby on Satur~
day, August 30 in the Family and
Children’s Court and were
charged with numerous accounts
of breaking and entering andthe!,

During the pericd between
August I4 and 20 six homes in
the Deep Cove area were broken
into and personal effects, small
sums of money and Nquor were
stolen. Most of the stolen goods
were recovered, police reported,
