Freeman City Clerk Deputy Administrator Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement West end of Lobb Avenue RECOMMENDATION: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Witney Developments Ltd. dated the 14th day of November, 1989, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Witney Developments Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Portion of Lot A except parts subdivided by Plan 9069 and 76127; District Lots 174, 289, Group One New Westminster District, Plan 59173 + 3.87 acres are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
