Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on May 2nd, 1977,

That the Subdivision Plan of Part of Block "G", of Sections 9 and 16,
Plan 8989, and of Lot "F", of Sections 9 and 10, Plan 4463, both of Block 6
North, Range One East, New Westminster District prepared by G.H. Murray, B.C.L.S.,
and sworn correct by him on February 25th, 1977 wherein Lots 117 and 118 are
created and wherein the said Lot 118 has a frontage upon the highway of less
than 1/l0th of its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the

minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act and the

"City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992".
