1. Appointment of Assessor

I have given consideration to the appointment of an Assessor to replace Mr.
Jim Buchan and I would like to recommend to Council appointment j an acting
Capacity of Mr. Wayne Severn who is presently Appraiser II in the Assessment
Department. Wayne is working towards a degree. with the Appraisal Institute
of Canada and at the present time holds his Canadian Residential Appraiser
