Clarke returned to their hometown of Yorkton. Norm and Ethel Williams visited her hometown of Wolsley where ‘‘mumsey. and family entertained the entire party of eighteen with fried chicken and all the fixings. The following night the tents were pitched on and around the Sharrock home. at. Yorkton. - Irene’s parents made everyone welcome serving a hot dinner in their beautiful garden. There the visit included square dancing Winnipeg. Frank and Gwen Smart and son Doug headed for. her home: town. The trip carried on.to Prince Albert where Lloyd and Verna Jordon visited relatives. After camping at. Emma Lake and Waskesiw Frank and Marg Loveless visited his home town of Maymont. On the return trip Bob and Dot Dunlap chose the route, visiting the Alberta Game Farm and the Jasper Sky Train then to Prince George with side trips to Barkerville, Greeny and Timothy Lakes. I lived in.a town ‘with a population of. over thirty thousand in Ireland ... I received (I still have it) a post- ‘card from Setoland addressed to .. Miss Mavis ?77??.
