PAGE TEN THE REVIEW HYDRANTS Sidney council Monday evening approved the installation of a fire hydrant on Fifth Street. Mayor Stan Dear said that although it was policy of the Town to pur- chase two hydrants. each year, only one hydrant was to be in- ‘stalled this year and one was installed the: previous year. .... Alderman Fred Robinson made ~ a motion that the Town purchase two hydrants each year to have on hand for the fire department to locate in conjunction with a master plan. Council approved the motion.
