Mr. and Mrs. L. King, 2225 Harbour Road, have returned from a
three week trip on their boat going up the inside coast of. Vancouver
Island to Pert Hardy and then te Ocean Falls, returning down the

“Sunshine Coast.

f .. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Bowcott, Whidby Lane, accompanied by their

; son, Ray, have returned home following a months holiday in England
and the continent.

« Mr. and Mrs. Gray Campbell, Cromar Rd., celebrated their 31st
‘wedding anniversary by joining their son Dane aboard ‘“‘Native Girl”’
on a four days cruise between Campbell River and the mainland
calling at a number of the Islands enroute.

Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Gardner are their son-in-

_ law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. L. Coxson, with Greg a and Carolyn, of
Kamloops.

Mrs. Margaret Gordon who has been a patient in Rest Haven

Hospital for the past four months, is now a patient at the Aberdeen
_ Private Hospital, Hillside Ave., Victoria.

Miss Beatrice Davies, Cleveleys, Lansc., England, was a recent

guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Parnell, Ardmore Dr. Miss
“Davies had also visited at Kirkland Lake, Hamilton and Brantford,
Ont.

Mrs. George R. Pearkes will open the Holy Trinity Church Garden
Party in the beautiful garden of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Burchett, 903
