AT VICTORIA AIRPORT The annual inspection program was headed ‘Good Citizens In The Making,’’ a title fully justified by the smart turn-out and disciplined precision of the local squadron. Commanding Officer, Capt. D. Price, spoke briefly of the aims of such a training and- the. opportunities offered to cadets who serve the full five-year. course. He paid. the loyal support and to parents. who encourage cadets in regular and tidy attendance at routine and work parades.
