Luigi Ferrari was found guilty
of driving. while his ability was

had entered a not-guilty plea and
argued in his own defence that he
was emotionally disturbed rather
than confused by alcohol during

four bottles of beer shortly before
his arrest and told Judge D.G.

Judge Ashby: suspended Mr.
Ferrari’s driving license for four
months and told him, “If you are
emotionally upset, you should not
drive. Your condition was not as
it should be.’’
