Cabinet must be loyal, says Couvelier

Socred cabinet members must
have “total loyalty” to the leader
of the Social Credit party, Finance
Minister Mel Couvelier said.

depending on rank.

“We must remember there are
degrees of loyalty for different
levels of commitment,’ Couvelier
said. “There is an absolute need
