Profits from the drive will help maintain the Guide and Scout Hall. SAVE AND SOUND The free Safe and Sound Wildemess Survival program will be offered starting Jan. 7 at St. Elizabeth Parish Hall on Third Street in Sidney. The six-week program meets for an hour every Monday and Wednesday and is open to children aged three to eight years. The program is designed to teach children how to survive if they are lost in the wildemess. Twelve hours of role playing is followed by over- night trip in the woods. Each child taking the program must be accompanied by a parent. The program is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.
