Lots fo see and do at Sanscha this weekend

Sanscha Hall will be trans-
formed into an exhibition centre
for all types of products and ser-
vices for home and garden impro-
vement during the Sidney Lions
Club’s first annual Home and
Leisure Show this weekend.

On Friday, Island Display, con-
tracted by the Lions Club, will set
up stands and displays for 37

different vendors offering exper-
tise in areas as varied as work
finishing, home decorating, auto-
motive and marine services, win-
dow tinting, stucco plaster repair
work and water systems.

A senior credit card system will
be promoted, as will BC Hydro’s
“Power Smart’ energy-saving
products.

The Lions Club lunch box will
be serving lunch and dinner and
organizers will also offer raffle
tickets for a $200 set of lawn
furniture.

The home and leisure show is
open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on
Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4
p.m. on Sunday, Admission is $1
