Each of the 17 participants drafted a contract to do some Tegular exercise in the coming week. Jubb chose her three-times- a-week water exercise classes for her contract while other partici- pants identified walking or swim- ming as their choices. Symp- toms are swelling, redness, warmth, pain, tendemess, fatigue, stiffness, muscle aches and fever. Osteoarthritis is caused by a degeneration of joint cartilage. Symptoms are localized pain and stiffness and bony knobs on the end finger joints, Exercise is recommended to curb damage from both types of arthritis.
