President Ron Kubek said that 83 sales translated to $8.8 million worth of volume during the record- breaking period. “A month earlier, during August, we thought we had our busiest month,” Kubek said. “People still want to live on the Peninsula,” he said. “We haven’t seen sales in September like this before.” @ The Peninsula-based company employs 31 real estate agents. Last month the company sold 60 properties with a total volume of $4.8 million. The new manager of planning and inspection is Marvin Kamenz, who was the chief planner in Terrace.
