Peninsula Minor Hockey has © gone with a Novice D program that enables kids to play intercity while still being somewhat com- petitive, spokesman Wayne Hall said Monday. “This is not a rep team, but a chance for stronger skilled players to compete at a more challenging level of play,” Hall said.
