That the Subdivision Plan of a Portion of District Lots
255 and 384, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by Walter
“E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and sworn correct by him .
on the First day of May, 1974 wherein Lot 113 is created, said Lot |
having. an area of 17.91 acres and being bounded by taylor Street,

‘Morgan Avenue, Brown Street and Pooley Avenue, be approved ;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized

to sign the said Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix

the Corporate Seal thereto.
