THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM MAYOR AND COUNCIL DATE: JANUARY 31, 1975 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE REFERENCE: R#27/74 Reference is made to Council Resolution of January 13, 1975 to refer rezoning application R#27/74 (Postal Depot) back to the Planning and Zoning Gommittee for further review. {his application was reconsidered by the Committee on January 30, 1975. After discussion with representatives of Public Werks Canada and Post Office Canada, the Committee is of the opinion that the parking provision as shown in the proposed development has in fact exceeded the requirement as set out in the Zoning By~law. {he Committee therefore recommends that the subject development be approved under the conditions as proposed.
