Policy Committees APR 16 1973 Comments: Se wets eae iN uN: Information from the G.V.R.D. has been received and the drawing up and the representation of the various committees as outlined in the ‘attached information. The involvement will include political and technical advice from the Federal Government, political and technical advice from the Provincial Government, political and technical advice from the G.V.R.D. municipalities, special interest groups in the region and resources and regional academic institutions. The various committees are set up in order to evolve the new Liveable Regional Plan. Basic committees are transportation, residential, recreational, educational, secial, health, economics and environmental management. Should this committee feel that a representative on one of these committees should be put forth from any of the groups such as the Port Coquitlam Fish & Game Club, etc. we should do so by making a recommendation to Council. Recommendation: { The Committee recommends that Mr. Paul Ducharme, Mary Hill Rate Payers, Mr. Prante of Port Coquitlam Fish & Game Club, Mr. G. MacDonald, interested citizen, be approached to solicit their participation in the G.V.R.D. Policy Committees, Item II Re: Rezoning Application #4-73 } Legal Description: Lot 47, Blk.
