THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM DEC

BY-LAW NO. 1483

A By-law to amend the "City fo Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By~law,
1964",

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1, That By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964" as amended
by By-law Numbers 877, 1063, 1160, 1167, 1301 and 1360 is fucther amended
by deleting Schedule "A" as attached to and forming part of By-law No. 752
and substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached to and ferming part of this
By-law.
2. This By~law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on

all persons on and from the First day of January, -1977. .

3. ‘his By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1483",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second day
of November, 1976

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second day
of November, 1976.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second day
of November, 1976,

Received the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council
