Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Counc! ! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certaln parcel of land situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which Is
more particularily described as:

Lot 72

District Lot 342
Group Orie
Plan 18044
New Westminster District.

ls hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT=1 (Two Fami ty .
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 165i" Is hereby amended to refiect thls rezoning.

2 This Bylaw may be clted for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2249",
